[Resolved] Axis Bank — I haven't received my fastag

I have ordered a fastag from axis bank. I placed the order on 14th december 2019 and today is 11th january 2020. Please help me. The fastag is active and will expire on 2069. The money is auto debitted from my account and i haven't recieved my fastag till the date. This is'nt a good thing. What is the meaning of being auto recharged when i haven't used it yet.
