Axis Bank — I received a product by edge rewards which is not working

Dear sir i received product named protronics velocity 10400 mah power bank which is not in working condition, i contact to the company protronics they say that contact to edge rewards axis bank, this is very problematic for me, that this type of service we get from axis bank, please resolve my problem as soon as possible
