[Resolved]  Axis Bank — i requested to close my salary accounts as they are showing lien amount even though i am not using

Hi sir/madam,

Very recently i have visited axis bank branch to close my previous companies salary accounts. I am not using them since 1 year but these people are without informing anything adding lien amount into my accounts. I requested them to wave off the lien amount and close the accounts. But the operations head in uppal branch spoken very rudely not even giving respect and he did'nt even took my request. I am not in a position to pay that lien amount.
