I wanted to open a new savings account in axis bank, for which i contacted axis bank through their website and i even visited a nearby branch kalyan nagar axis bank with the request for a new savings account date 22/11/2016. Iwas told that the document collecting agent would come to my place to collect the required documents so i should wait for him, the entire evening no one showed up. On 23/11/2016 morning i got a call saying that the collection of documents would be done on the same date and i was again told to wait for the agent to come. It was again a failure from your end and i was forced to leave all my work n wait helplessly as there is no contact details of the agent shared with me. On this day 24/11/2017 after i received a call asking if the agent had collected my documents or not, on informing about what had happened and how they wasted my time, i was told by the person call that an agent will arrive at my place within half n hour. And i was told to keep all my documents ready. Even today the agent failed to arrive at my residence. My point of writing this complain is that how can you waste my time and why did your bank provide me with incorrect information. I m very much annoyed by the type service you provided, and your system of operating has made me think twice about opening an account in axis bank or not. This is just not right and i will surely file a complain against your bank for wasting my time and providing misleading information. I am in no mood of opening any accounts in axis bank. How to trust your service, being a bank your employees provide wrong information. Its us who keep our money in your bank so we should be treated properly. Your services are disgusting and shameful.
