[Resolved] Axis Bank — Ignoring customer request and mocking over it | |
I visited Axis Bank, Rourkela(UTIB0000262) today at around 14:15 hrs. The employees totally denied my request for the concern. Also they started mocking over it and it was clearly visible that they were quite disinterested in resolving as they "tried to act as quite occupied with things". On repeated request from my end, i wrote an application regarding my concern, even this was totally ignored by the employee. Totally joke made for the loyality of the customer. We expect minimum decency and guidance. Every facility has some process and we expect only the route to that. Previously, for just geeting my passbook availed, I had to visit the branch 4 times, yes you read it right, 4 times! The situation is in very sad state. With all o[censored]s trying to move towards digital payments, such behaviour from the officials puches us back and encourage us to use rather so that we can exempt ourselves to visiting banks. I just imagine if the behaviour was such with me who is technologically sound, i am afraid regarding their behaviour with someone who is not. Was this information helpful? | |
