[Resolved] Axis Bank — illegal charges of 3200 | |||
My name is souvik roy. I did not use this account from 1 year but on 12 dec 2018 i received a letter stated that if i don't fund my account within one month it will be automatically closed so i do not close my account thinks that it automatically closed if i do not fund. But yesterday when i checked that my balance showing -3200 charges from january-may but account should be closed as per letter. I went to bank but manager did not co operate with me. I am attaching this letter. Kindly reverse this charges and close the account. Was this information helpful? | |||
