Dear Sir/ Madam Myself Shriom Sharma having an Axis Bank Flipkart credit card ending with xxxx 2007. The following transactions are wrong because I have neither received any prior information about it nor any OTP to approve these transactions. I am liable to pay the amount/ transactions which i have approved by one time password. As i have not approved the following transactions by one time password, these transactions are illegal so request you to intervene so that i can get my money back. Axis bank is the worst bank in India You are doing fraud with customers by debiting hidden charges in my case I received OTP for a transaction of 20282.92 Rs but in statement you added some additional charges of Rs 202.83 + 35.61 GST (What we call hidden charges) and I don`t have any expectation from a fraud bank so I will avoid Axis bank services wherever possible.
