I have received the below sms which i have not initiated. Please ke care of the same right away:

Dear customer, mandates reference no: utib[protected] issued to bse limited with value 100000 and frequency adhoc is received today for processing account number ending with xxxxxxxxxxx5856.in case of any issues please get in touch with your branch.

I had ordered two fasttags for two cars separately. I did not receive any message confirming the fast tag details. On separate occasions i have called customer care and mailed but sadly no response came from axis bank. They only provide interaction id. No resolution. My car number: UP74U0007.
