18th October 2020 - 830rs missing from my account and there is no info in statement.
6th November[protected]rs missing from my account and there is no info in statement .
When I call customer care or chat with them, they are asking to visit nearest branch in this covid. To reach to branch I need to spend money. Why should I spend money when the mistake is from bank. Their team is not proper, their maintenance is not proper.
and why is bank not responding through online, why is Axis bank behaving like this . I need my amount and info on why the amount is deducting without any info in statement. Immediate refund and info is required. Was this information helpful? |
