Your dispute links are not working and how you have resolved the issue, credit my 45000 back to account. without resolving dont close the issue. Very bad customer service I am facing issue in IMPS bank transfer .take necessary action to resolve IMPS gateway, again i will not be using this gateway of transfer . Today i have transfered 45000 and it fails, this same issue i have faced a few weeks back. My account no [protected], Kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible. Raise a concern to the banking domain gateway issue .check the gateway network protocols and clear the temp files stored on gateway.
