Axis Bank — IMPS Transaction debited but didnt credited to the beneficiary

I have transferred Rs.20000 through IMPS from my axis bank account to Syndicate bank on 3/6/2015 7:56 PM IST.But it didn't got credited to beneficiary till now, but the money got debited instantly from my account.As per axix bank customer support threy can lodge a complaint only after 2 working days. We use IMPS for emergency transactions.If complaint cant be lodged or no action can be taken till 2 days its going to be really troublesome for the customers and the whole cocnept of IMPS doenst make any sense at all. Hope i get a fast resolution
