Axis Bank — imps transaction status is suspect

Dear all,

I would like to inform you that i have transferred 5400 rs to bank of baroda bank account on 16/10/2017 around 10:00 am using imps. Amount got deducted from my account but not credited to beneficiary account. They need the money on argent basis but this happend with us.

So please give your kind attention to mentioned issue and try to resolve it as soon as possible. Following are my details.

I am not using d.mat account since from the date of opening. my savings bank account is being debited every year regularly towards consolidated dp charges/ AMC for Rs. 747.50, eventhough iam not using. At the time of opening of D.Mat account, it was told that no charges will be levied for this account, as this is free for salary acccount.

मेरा सेविंग्स खाता no [protected] जो कि एक्सिस बैंक इंदौर में अन्नपूर्णा ब्रांच में है । मैने अपना खाता बंद करने हेतु 21/09/17 को बैंक में आवेदन किया था, परन्तु मेरा खाता अभी तक बैंक ने अभी तक बंद नही किया है ।
आपसे निवेदन ह, की इस बारे में बैंक से आप जानकारी ले कि मेरा खाता अभी तक क्यों नही बन्द हुआ।

Dear Sir,

I have transferred an amount of Rs.1000/- on 25th September.2017 to the account no.[protected], INB by mistake. Actually I wanted to send to other account.

Actually the account to which I have transferred might be noted by me wrong.

Can you help me to recover the amount which I have transferred?
