[Resolved] Axis Bank — IMPS transfer fail, money in barmuda triangle | |||
Hi, I did a IMPS transaction on 07th October, 2014 of INR 66000 which did not go to the beneficiary account and did not even get reverted to my account. I called axis bank on 15th as the mobile did not get reverted to my account, they claim they have no idea on IMPS. Then why give that option in axis mobile app? Anyway gave me a service request number which is [protected]. When I callup customer care for status, they say it was into processing. I again called today where I spoke to some agent and still they dont have any update. wait for 7 days for the status. This is quite amazing. its been 10 days now and they have no idea about the money yet. I just want to know where is the money and by when it would be transferred.
