I want to close my credit card but none of their email ids are valid. I sent emails to [protected]@axisbank.com and premium. [protected]@axisbank.com as per the internet. But i received a reply saying the email ids are invalid now.
Next i tried calling the customer care multiple times. When you call the customer care, the call is heavily charged. Even after waiting for long on the call and spending money, a couple of times i wasn't able to speak to any executive as they were all busy. Finally i was able to speak to an executive who said she'll connect me to the credit card department. Despite waiting for 3 mins after that during which i was charged of course, no one spoke to me. I am frustrated with the axis bank customer service. I want to cancel my credit card. I need immediate resolution. Was this information helpful? |
