Axis Bank — Informed me about home loan is sanctioned taken my processing fees.

I had applied for an houaing in axis bank from last two two months iam asking them for status no one responded at last I called housing loan head Mr Boopalan and above conversation had happened

Mail convocation happened between us.

My issue is I want my housing loan approved at anypoint due to they committed me it is sanctioned and made me invest in my place

Sir, I G MAHESH has applied a housing loan with your sale's manager Mr. Early moom as per his executive conformed loan is yet to be sanctioned please pay the processing fees of amount 5600 rs for further process. I provided him amount by cash he had taken the amount executive name Mr. Prakash as days being late I asked him for status your team is not at all updating the status till I had called them this is very bad and poor experience I had from your team and your process.
I request you to please send all my documents and money back as early.if not I even know how to get it back

Sir sorry to say this I had a very bad experience with your bank and with Mr.early moon and Mr. Prakash.

Prakash told me he should take approval for pf refund from bank
For getting back my money please approve and send my money back. If not he will provide with in his salary.i need my money at any cost.
Please understand my concern and get back to me by Monday evening if not I'll definitely going to file a complaint. On you people.

Dear sir,

I had applied home loan with your bank as per your status from your team stating due to PD negative, which iam not at my office premises at the time of your executive came for PD information.

As per his report he updated is false report at the time of his visit iam at my office only and I already intimated him iam at field work if it important I'll come to office or else will meet tomorrow I stated him he surely told me iam already on the way I'll be there in 15 min.

This is thing what happened.
Sir, I request you to please accept and resend the PD executive again to my office

And this guy asked me for 2000rs amount for positive report I denied him for that.
