my father had a account in axis bank in raj nagar branch, ghaziabad u.p.
my father had an fatal accident in dec. 2015 and he is no more now and after some time i went to the axis branch and submit the application for accidental death claim insurance and i have done all the documents procedure and needful things in feb. 2016.
so, after submitting the application for insurance the member of axis bank told me that your account will be credited in just 2, 3 months but now its already have been more than 6 months but still i didn't get it and every time i contact with them they are always giving me excuses.
kindly help me with regarding the same i'll be grateful to you.
