Axis Bank — Interest levied after minimum payment done. | |||
With reference of above mention subject i have a credit card no. [protected]. From axis bank ltd. With outstanding of rs. 31500. App and i make a payment of rs. 30500 which Is much more than of minimum due. Of rs. 24500 app and i charged with rs 2039.00 on the outstanding of rs 1000.00 which is totally unreasonable and Unjustied so request you to please reverse the charges of rs. 2039.00+st. Axis bank ltd denies to revert the same, so every bank has to stop mentioning of minimum amount to pay in bill its a misrepresentation and cheating with customer. Otherwise i will go to legal way.
