Axis Bank — Invalid User Credentials

Address:EWS 111/A 2 ND FLOOR ROAD NO 2 KPHB COLONY

When I am trying to register for the first time the customer ID is showing as Invalid user credentials. When I connected to customer service they are saying that need to connect with banking team. when they connecting to banking team again the call is going to the same credit card team.
