It was a very unacceptable experience that i had with axis branch mod, new delhi. I had deposited a chque no. 00449 dated 25.07.2017 o[censored]nion bank of india, favouring to country club hospitality & holidays ltd. Account no.[protected]. It was not credited in their account since date, and on enquiring over phone i have not received any positive reply, so i went personally to check this branch, but the person over there could not trace for one hour and finally discussing with manager he found that it has returned due unmatching name, ie it was written country club hospitality & holidays ltd instead of & it was written and in the cheque, very strange reason. At least they should have informed to the phone number mentioned there about the return of cheque. Moreover the staff replied me that "you do not know the difficulty they are facing working in bank". Very disgusting response.
It is ridiculous that such a renowned bankers and treating customers in such a poor manner. You people have to train your staff how to behave their customers. Was this information helpful? |
