[Resolved] Axis Bank — Issue regarding credit card NOC

I have paid all my credit card outstanding in December. and at that time bank employee said that i will receive my NOC within 1 month. but I still didn't get NOC from your side. When I call customer care for NOC they are saying they don't have any record of my credit card. Whenever I visit the branch they don't reply and say they can't do anything about this and I have to talk to the customer care. My cibil score is affected due to the NOC. I got the reply from your side that you asked for my registered mobile number and said you will respond regarding that. But I still didn't get any information from your end. and customer care is also not helping and bank employees are not responding regarding my NOC. kindly suggest to me where I can get my NOC. Because of the NOC, I am not able to take loans and this is also affecting my cibil score so please revert me as soon as possible.
