[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Issues in account closing

Dear Axis Bank CEO,
I am having a IT startup company, and opened a corporate acc with Axis bank . My Acc No is [protected]. I want to close my account so I have submitted ac closing form to executive. Before giving the form I have asked the executive whether I have to maintain any min bal. He told that no need.later after follow ups for month with him he told to deposit 320Rs by end of Aug. I have deposited 320Rs. Now he is telling i have to deposit 3k in my a/c to close it. For his mistake why i have to pay money. I fed up with the type of response from them so kindly take this complaint into consideration &Close my Ac with immediate effect without any money payment from my end.
