Sub:- regarding kcc account.
Dear sir,

I (Bhim singh) has taken kcc loan from axis bank rawatsar branch district hanumangarh on my agricultural land. My kcc account no [protected], in this i had taken a insurance of pradhan mantri fasal bima yogna, in that i had a “dispute that i have cultivated narma in 3 biga, mungfali in 3 biga & gavar in 11 biga” my total insurance premium would like to be rs 4105/- (Four thousand one hundred five only), but axis branch has deducted rs 11867/- (Eleven thousand eight hundred sixty seven only) may i know why they have deducted this much of amount?
For this i have talked with mr anil swami area officer of axis bank hanumangarh rajasthan, he has clearly stated that he does not want to know anything about this matter and he don’t knew anything about this why this high amount has been deducted, and further said that whatever you want to do you do.
So being a customer, does i think that i do not have any right to know why bank has deducted such a high amount of rs 11867/- instead of deducting rs 4105/-. Moreover being an area officer he should know how to talk with a person who are farmer?.
So i request your good self to look into the matter and kindly respond to me earliest.
