Axis Bank — keep getting call from call centre for someone else | |
I am getting a call on daily basis from Axis back for some other person. I have reported same multiple times to the agents but I keep getting the call. If I disconnect the call, my phone keeps ringing until I receive the call and again tell them that it is a wrong number. It is more than 3 weeks since I am getting these calls. There is no medium provided by Axis back where I can raise a complaint. The IVR is only for existing customers. Online support is only for existing customers. Was this information helpful? | |
