It has been really unpleasant experience from axis bank in few months. I am having axis credit card & for which I am trying since last 3months for autodebit facilities via branch, then via app & now internet banking. However it has just made my life hell.
Branch people didn't did it, late fees & interest charged.
Spoke to customer care but they are helpless
supervisor mr. juniad told to uninstall & reinstall app, did it but now authentication is problem as card is expired & internet id disabled.
Everyone uses APP they upgrade it & just continue who is user userid any more. They are talking about digital but have they ever tried to find out real problem faced.
