Axis Bank — Lien account removing requesting

Kindly do the needful to release the lien amount from account customer ID[protected]
I settlement cc payment also collection person give commitment 2 days he
Not do . Almost 16 day over lien as same . Customer care not responding

Now also ask for to clear a PL in axis bank.
