Axis Bank — lien amount not credited | |||
Myself sk md suleman There was a charge on my account 5, 599.55 on 5th of march 2020 I called axis costumer service asking for what it’s been charged he said there is a transaction overdue on your account for the puchase made in vedic village resort. I told him since two months my account was in negative and from 1st i started to deposit cash in my account and as soon i deposit funds in my account negative balance of more than 8500 was deducted instantly which was including that 5, 599.55 so i told him it’s been charged twice he checked and said it’s on lien you will get this fund credited i. Your account by 3rd saturday and today in 2nd april. I didn’t get the penny yet Before lockdown they again charged my account more than 5000 as a consolidated charges i was shocked and then i didn’t had contact with anyone else i have sent mail to axis didn’t got any reply. What i don’t understand if i clear all my negative balance on 1st of march and then the was a charge of the same amount again and how come consolidated charges comes to more than 5000. I am very disappointed now because i need the funds now and everyone needs now a days because of lockdown. That is why i am posting here for help coz if i am not getting my money back i will definitely close my account after lockdown.
