Since last one week i am continuously calling your customer care numbers to remove lien amount from savings account.
My credit card outstanding amount of rs.37097/- was not paid only for last month due on[protected] and after just 10 days you have put lien on my savings account.
Savings account is in minus now and credit card account is not credited with deducted lien amount of rs.37097/-.
Now today i have managed 50k and deposited to my savings bank account and called your customer care to credit the hold payment of 37k to credit card as credit card is still showing the outstanding amount same as before.
Your stupid customer care executive is saying that he cannot do anything about lien amount. Either i have to go to nearest branch and fill up a stupid form or i again have to pay the 37k to credit card and then again ask to remove lien amount.
So foolish and stupid answer of him...
You put lien on my sba and cc outstanding also the same. How much interest you will get???
Pls clear the lien and credit the same to credit card account. By much difficulties i have arranged for 50k and now it is showing 15k as lien is there of 37k. Credit card is still same as it was. Not a single amount is reflected.
