[Resolved] Axis Bank — loan amount debited twice | |
My name is Rohan and I have an Axis Bank Account. I had a loan repayment scheduled on the 5th of January. I paid 7272 for the same from Axis Bank Internet Banking. On the 6th of January the amount was debited again and my account balance went into negative since the account did not have enough money. Now the company is saying that I need to pay a fine since there was not enough money in my account even though the payment was already made. Was this information helpful? | |
