Axis Bank — loan classification and person bad response.

I have take loan of amount rs 150000 against the loan account no - ppr[protected] on 25/09/2017 and amount is credited on today of rs 146262, so i want clarification that y i have recd only 146262 instead of the 150000 and when i call your person which taken all the documents of the loan, he could not pick the phone i have tried 11times on today but they not pick my phone, very bad response.. Pl help.
