Axis Bank — Loan rejected due to dual pan card

Hi Team,

Recently I have applied personal loan in axis bank where my salary account also attached to this bank. They took many days and finally saying that my loan got rejected due to the dual pan card but honestly I used only one pan card till now. Please I request you to re approve my loan. Please help me on this as my wife is unwell and admitted to hospital due to some pregnancy issues.
