[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Loss of Debit Card

On 11.11.16 at about 08-00 PM I was in que for drawl of payment from State Bank of Patial, Jagadhri Workshop ATM. But due to heavy rush, out of 02 nos Debit Cards of different accounts, 01 Debit Card no. [protected] issued against Joint Account no.[protected] was misplaced and was not traceable.
please block the said Debit Card and arrange to issue me new Debit Card in lieu thereof.
