Axis Bank Ltd — delay in account opening | |||||
Sir I have applied to open a current account with axis bank derawal nagar, delhi branch on 28th oct 2019 in the name of my firm. On 5th nov 2019 when the proprietor visited the bank and signed the balance documents they gave us the cheque book and told the account will be active by 08.11.2019 that is friday. So i issued cheques accordingly for 11.11.2019 and so on. For opening they took cheque of rs 1, 00, 000/-. Now i have issued 2 cheques which both got returned resulting in the loss of goodwill agaisnt our compnay and my rs.1, 00, 000 is still with the bank. Since 15th nov 2019 i am asking them to refund my money but everytime i go they say sir today account will be active. Nothing happened till 18th nov 2019. Please help me getting my money from these theifs who are sitting and have opened a bank name axis bank. No reponse is been given by manager against why it got delayed or by any other staff. I want my money plus i want my loss of goodwill charges and my reimbursement charges which i occured to travel to bank again and again. Help me. Please Was this information helpful? | |||||
