[Resolved] Axis Bank Ltd — Misselling by axis bank for home loan & savings account | |||
I had taken a loan from Axis bank of Rs 27.5 lacs and was informed that they would open a zero balance account for my monthly EMI. I got a call from Axis bank representative that i have to maintain Rs 1 lac for my saving account with Axis bank. Also, i was never informed that i have to pay 2% charges of loan amount for mortgage intimation form. They directly credited an amount of Rs 5600 to my loan account. I didn't receive any call or email informing me about this. I called contact centre to check about this but the agent was clueless about the procedure and when i asked to speak with the supervisor she never transferred the call. The whole banking experience of Axis bank is worst and Deepika Padukone should stop endorsing it. Was this information helpful? | |||
