[Resolved]  Axis Bank Ltd — Refund of failed transaction not credited

I was trying to book tickets on 13.03.2017 & 15.03.2017 but unfortunately amount was deducted from bank account and tickets were not booked.
There were 8 failed transaction out of which 5 times money debited from my account.
Details of the transaction is as follows :

I have got only three refunds till date and two refunds are still pending.
So kindly confirm for which transaction ID you have refunded the amount and what is in process of refund since it is already 15 days.

i am trying to contact from monday but not response from your bank. wrost ever i seen i shamed on my self i have account with axis bank and i preffer to my freind as well
