[Resolved] Axis Bank — Mental hrrassment from customer care | |||||
I am tired of axis bank people calling me every single day for mr. binu soman, who gave my reference to take some loan. i never signed any document or was informed regarding the same. why is axis bank giving loans without doing background check. i am sick and tired of people from axis bank, who are calling me and saying we will call you and you will answer the phone. this is what a guy named as satish bakul or amit adsul (don't know which one is correct) told me his number is[protected]. and when i said i will complaint against you, he said very proudly, "go ahead and do it!" wow! axis bank bravo. good job... please stop harassing me and stop calling me. i am tired. Aug 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I am happy that Axis Bank took a quick action against the collections dept and that they have put a stop at those irrelevant calls.
I had sent an email directly to Ms.Shikha Sharma, CEO, Axis Bank. And she took no time in replying to my issue and resolving it. I am happy with Axis Bank. Thank you :) Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
