I have two home loans and a savings account in Axis bank. There is also an online facility in the savings account. I am not able to see my home loans online, for this I was asked to convert multiple IDs into single IDs, by filling a form and taking an application. Many times, I was called to the branch and filled in forms saying that your mobile number is not registered. Even after doing everything, even after mailing it to the nodal officer, it has been almost 3 months but my work has not been done. I need the interest certificate to fill the ITR. My cluster ID[protected], please merge multiple customer IDs, i dont have any another account with axis, one more account is showing by my name which is dormart account not open by me it may b miss use of my document in year 2008, my salary account debit trx is freeze pls defreeze it

My cluster ID is 20237158.Please merge my multiple IDs and retain Only[protected] given by the bank at the time of opening my S, B.account.In this connection I met Sri.Joseph Benedik( Anna nagar branch) on 29th Sep 2022and submitted the necessary form to merge. even after this, I have been getting reminders.Then on 21Oct 2022 I met Ms.Megala (Mobile -[protected]-Kilpauk Branch) and explained the efforts taken at my end.She went thru the system and informed me that, the form given on 29th Sep 2022 is STILL under process.
Now I am getting threatening SMS that you would restrict my net banking etc.It looks like in AXIS bank, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing!.Please arrange to at on my written request given on 29th Sep 2022.
