Axis Bank — Minimum balance charges fraud

Bank staff is upgrading the account without the knowledge of the customer so that they can see some income via minimum balance charges.

I got 3 times charge of 700 each including service tax. i was managed to reverse 600 * 3 successfully. service tax not refunded.

I got one more charge this month even after downgrading the account.

When service charge is reversed why not service tax.
why they are charging post compliant
