    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have a credit card from Axis bank and the last month bill I have paid 60000/- out of 61, 319 of total bill amount but yet in this bill it was charged 3095+GST as interest in current statement. I asked to customer care regarding this then told me that if customer have not paid full amount then it will be charges interest on full bill amount as per bank's poliy. I asked him to charged interest on remaining amount of 1319 but they refused and ignore as per saying that is bank policy. I need to paid 3500 interested on only 1300 Rs. apart this other bank have no any condition in outstanding amount.
    So I request you to intervence into this matter to reverse the charges which is so much.

      I need to speak to customer care but your IVR is so frustrating that it doesn't give pertinent options and the query can't be resolved. Unable to call you from registered number and other numbers get lost in your IVR options.

        I was not using my registered email id in axis bank for a while, I use axis mobile app instead, now when I login my email I saw every month credit card statement in my email id, name is mine but address mentioned is not mine, I called axis Bank but they are saying no credit card is registered in my account, so I think this is some kind of fraud, my email id is being used

            Dear sir,
            My name RAJESH KUMAR, This is to inform again & again harassment to my family members from axis bank, as previously several times complaint in this regard, not getting solution, again they are torturing my family members, & again they are calling local wardmembers, neighbours & telling unwanted words, i had told previously i will clear need time but they are using rough words to my wife & aged mother, last year i had complaint consumer complaint.in team, but again & again they are torturing in illegal way, now from 15days my family getting torchure i m not in india, i had told i need time but every time they are insulting in my society by calling wardmembers, asha workers, neighbours.Also they are not maintaining the guidelines not saying name, while picking phone from my family members using harsh words so i need solution from your end. below are numbers receiving & torchuring

              Axis Bank is not helping me out to resolve my financial fraud issue with my Axis Bank credit card. I filed a case again bank in financial fraud. Here is the details of my grievance registration .

              Dear Sir/ Madam

              Myself Shriom Sharma having an Axis Bank Flipkart credit card ending with xxxx 2007.

              The following transactions are wrong because I have neither received any prior information about it nor any OTP to approve these transactions. I am liable to pay the amount/ transactions which i have approved by one time password.
              As i have not approved the following transactions by one time password, these transactions are illegal so request you to intervene so that i can get my money back.

              Axis bank is the worst bank in India You are doing fraud with customers by debiting hidden charges in my case I received OTP for a transaction of 20282.92 Rs but in statement you added some additional charges of Rs 202.83 + 35.61 GST (What we call hidden charges) and I don`t have any expectation from a fraud bank so I will avoid Axis bank services wherever possible.

                Credit card third party abusing

                Got a call from +[protected] regarding my cc overdue i had informed bank that i need more time as i am going thru bad times. In return they hire such third party collectors who call and abuse straight away I understand my have not made the paid and bank has complete right to chase me for over due amount however that should be done professionally not this third party agents calling and abusing. I need the bank to look into this my cc last...

                Over limit charges borne on me without any consent

                Address: AXIS BANK LIMITED, AXIS HOUSE, C-2, WADIA INTERNATIONAL CENTRE, PANDURANG BUDHKAR MARG, WORLI, MUMBAI - 400025.

                On 4th Feb 2024. I had tried to make a transaction of rs.900.00, it was declined thrice and i opened the axis bank mobile app for checking limit and unbilled transactions but in the unbilled transactions i had seen an OVER LIMIT CHARGE fee plus GST, before this transaction i had made a transaction on 1st February 2024 night of rs.918.5 and i received spent transaction message on 2nd February morning.                   My name is Chavvakula Vinay and i had ordered an iphone of Rs. 49, 999 in Amazon on 13/01/2024 and cancelled the product due to personal reasons on 13/01/2024.
                  And refund was initiated by amazon on same day i.e., 13/01/2024 and initiated the refund to my card but still i didnt get the money. Amazon said it will take 5days to credit the amount but it was still not credited. Today i.e, on 18/01/2024 when i checked the amazon account they provided me the RRN(Refund Reference Number) - 74766514014401558892348 to check with bank but they are not able to provide any status.                         Hello,

                        I Manish negi have a savings account with Axis Bank. I had an ongoing personal loan with Axis Bank. On the 5th of each month, ecs are debited from the Axis account using EMI. Then I also got a message from the bank that my EMI rebounded. And they charged me a check bouncing penalty at rs 400/-. When a bank representative was asked, they replied that the ECS mandate was put up for clearing early in the morning this time, so it was rejected as I didn't have enough at the time, and on the second clearing it was credited to my credit account. Every time they issue the ECS mandate in the evening, this time they send the ECS clearing in the early morning. Since I have a savings account with Axis Bank, I usually deposit money the day before or the same day to avoid uncertain deductions from the minimum balance due. since I don't want my emi to jump.
                        You received the payment there on the same day. but i have to bear the bounce fees and from 2 months i am facing this because of the bank and even it will bounce in my cibil score check which is actually not the case. My maturity has never been pending in my financial history, but it won't be the same now. I would have willingly paid the fees and accepted my Cibil refund and today on 1st January you guys have debited 295 for the si loan repayment. I am so frustrated that i will lend son loan from other bank and repay the frauds like Axis there is no value for the customer and in this bank all they want is To deduct money that’s it

                          Axis Bank Charged (SI fail chrg loan repayment+GST/9852477) even emi was deducted on same day

                          I taken personal loan from axis bank, my automatic deduct date was 10th of every month. this month i charged 293.99 for Si fail Chrg loan repayment
                          but amount deducted in time only. no delay in the payment of November month, but they taken amount from my account....

                              I am writing to bring to your attention an issue concerning my account with Axis Bank on 22.10.2023, an amount of Rs. 11146.96 was deducted from my account under the category of Cash transaction charges.
                              I have made numerous attempts, both in writing and verbally, to communicate with the bank, requesting a refund of the deducted amount. However, to my disappointment, no action has been taken thus far.
                              I kindly urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to refund the deducted amount to my account.

                                I received a call from one of the executive ([protected]), he started abusing and when I blocked his number, another guy ([protected]) started calling me and threatening me. Please look into this.
