Hi,

I'm currently holding a savings/salary account in axis and noticed the sign verf (59 rs 2 Time's) and Non MCC (258 rs once) charges were automatically deducted from my account.kindly call to my number [protected] and clarity on why these charges were deducted?

Made a UPI payment on 1st Dec 22 to a closed/inactive bizaxis account, Gpay-[protected]@okbizaxis, an amount of RS 4660 was debited from my Hdfc account and the same was not received by the recipient.
On my bank statement it shows amount is credited to AXIS IFSC code: UTIB0000000 / account : Gpay-[protected]@okbizaxis .
Please help refund the same....

I have relieved from Axis Bank ltd, Delhi circle, Greater kailash 2 Branch on 29 October 2022. As per bank policy full and final settlement (Last month salary + provident fund) should be credited to employee on or before 30-40 days. Still the final settlement has not been done and not yet received the experience letter. My Saving Account(Account number ending with 1605) is frozen for last 1 month due to Re-KYC, I have visited my bank branch and submitted all required documents 2 times still nothing has happened and I have no update.
I am surviving on loan from friends and family for last 1 month as I am not able to take out my Salary. There is no urgency or update from Axis Bank, everytime I visit the branch they tell me to fill some forms and resubmit...

In spite of paying bills in time there have been two BRN payment debited from my account associated with the card without prior notice and details of why and how.
An amount of Rs 4285.98 on 7th July 22 and another of Rs 8571.96 today 9th Nov 22.
I have been possessing this card for over 4 years now never faced this BRN aito debit this is the first year and twice a total amount of 12857.94 deducted within not too six months and...

The bank is fooling around the by saying zero annual fee when giving credit card

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

A deduction of rs 1884.94 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction...

I'm Axis bank account holder -In May 2022 -received email on update my KYC-i went online -which shared passport/visa/address proof that's passport -which was submitted but it was rejected 3 times in June-On visited the branch -was informed add one more document but they dint do -it said I have to do it online-on adding it -it was still rejected but on talking to customer service was notified they have raised the complaint. I got the pre-approved offer for Credit card
On[protected], I had applied for AXIS BANK My Zone Credit Card with having CIBIL Score of 766 and Credit card holder of SBI, HDFC, ICICI and IndusInd bank (Attached Proof).

And on[protected] Axis bank sends me email stating that my application was rejected stating internal policy. This kind of activity will degrade my CIBIL Score as well as CIBIL report.

My family member's account got debited by Rs. 2199 for one assist service which I have not opted for. When went to the bank they informed me that one assist service is nowhere related to Axis Bank. But when called oneassist service they informed its for Axis Bank.

This is Lakshman from Chennai, India. I have an Axis Bank credit card for which i have paid the total amount including penalties and interest on the 3rd of March, 2022 for Rs. 55, 700.

It's been almost three months and I have still not received the NO DUE CERTIFICATE. Also, it shows written off on my CIBIL inspite of me paying the entirety of the amount, request you to remove the written off as well.br...
