I'm Suresh Kumar S/o Gurnam Singh . residence of - village dubli ambala haryana 133102. I'm running a car loan no. - AUR[protected]INOVA CRYSTA - HR01AU0029) in your bank, due to some financial crisis, my 1 EMI has bounced, for which I'm arranging to pay as soon as possible. I'm getting 50 calls a day from your bank and my relatives are also getting calls from this number ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) There is no link of my relative with my loan nor have I given any contact no. of my relative's in the bank, how can banks call my relatives and threaten them, My mother is old, has spoken to her in such abusive language that my mother is undergoing treatment for the last 2 days.They are threatening my son over phone, please answer me. I am telling you about this as the sarpanch of Dubli village, if this kind of situation is happening with me then how do you behave with the rest, please help me. My family is deeply frightened by this loss.

    I possess an Axis Neo Rupay credit card, which was explicitly advertised as capable of conducting international transactions through Discover networks. Despite this, for the last 20 days, every attempt at using the card internationally has been met with failure, each transaction being declined with a recurring notification: "The transaction was declined due to technical issue." This situation is not only frustrating but also misleading, bordering on deceptive, as the functionality promised by the bank is not being delivered.

      Dunning notice does not contain axis bank details logo authorized sign i want noticed send receipt of my home address you send field executive which reason and what clause in in agreement in axis bank loan i does not come any third party call i strictly say .it is nbfc bank not Fraud bank
      I have loan account my emi is pending last months lots of financial condition but axis bank not support their customer I have 10 years old axis bank account and I not paid loan 2 months such a condition these are the no that harrsed me and without any mail estimation they are come office place without any prior reason they does not have any official id order that from axis bank logo that I noticed you I want clarification of what happened in axis bank these people after 2 days told you I am defaulter they does give any support they are not come from axis bank I take loan from axis bank not 3 rd party so axis bank responsibility take action against them they does followed any rbi rule
      1.Can a loan recovery agent come to the home? Yes, a debt recovery agent can visit a borrower's home, provided that they follow these RBI guidelines for loan recovery: If a recovery agent wants to meet, the borrower must decide the place of meeting _RBI RULE
      2.Debt collectors cannot call you at work or visit your office without notice. They cannot insult or intimidate you in any manner. They can't use abusive language while interacting with you. They need to carry bank's identification and authorization letter._ RBI RULE
      3.The RBI, in its draft norms on "Managing Risks and Code of Conduct in Outsourcing of Financial Services, " emphasized that these entities and their recovery agents should not use intimidation or harassment, whether verbal or physical, during debt collection efforts _RBI RULE
      These are the No I don't know who are this why harrased me without any reason

      Without any official order from axis bank I.e that contain axis bank logo authecation sign of axis bank officer this stupid person mail and message I ignoring this time next time this fraudant people I will case in cybercrime as per IT act.
      Please justify me this problem with suitable why It is nationalised bank.

          Amazon india Ecom website से दिनांक 14 मार्च 2024 को Axis Bank के द्वारा NO COST EMI (Easy Monthly Installment) का Offer, Amazon India Website पर दिया गया था। मै अपने Axis Bank Rupya Credit Card 9160 पर 12 महीने का No Cost EMI पर 13, 329.10 रुपया का सामान (2 Items) Rs. 1203.06 for 12 months के लिए खरीदा हू दिनांक 14 मार्च 2024 को, बैंक के द्वारा यह ट्रांजेक्शन पूरी तरह सफल रहा, बिना किसी रोक टोक के, Amazon के Invoice Bill में भी 12 महीने के EMI का जिक्र है। NOTE - बैंक के द्वारा गुमराह किया गया कि सात दिनों के अंदर आपके पेमेंट को EMI में convert कर दिया जायेगा, जब 7 दिनों के बाद पूछा गया तो बोला गया समय नही बता सकते है, इंतजार करिए EMI में convert कर दिया जायेगा, अब 15 दिनों के बाद बैंक के द्वारा बोला जा रहा है की EMI disabled है Rupay Varients Credit Card के लिए। आपसे अनुरोध है की कृपया मेरे द्वारा किए गए ट्रांजेक्शन को EMI में Convert करने की कृपा करे, क्योंकि आपने Amazon India पर Axis Bank Rupay 9160 पर 12 महीने का EMI offer किया, जिसका उपयोग करके मैं 14 मार्च 2024 को समान खरीदे और 17 मार्च 2024 को समान पहुंचा दिया गया Amazon India के द्वारा । Amazon के Bill पर 12 महीने के EMI का जिक्र है। अगर बैंक के द्वारा EMI में convert नही किया जाता है तो मैं सभी साक्ष्यों के साथ Consumer Court में जाने के लिए तैयार हू अपने advocate के माध्यम से ।

            There is wrongly debit toll from my axis bank fast tag account on 4th march 2024. i never cross Arjunalli toll plaza on 4th march 2024. i was at my home and my car parked at my car parking. suddenly i got massage from axis bank fast tag and debited 144/- from my account. i complaint again and again from the management of axis bank fas tag dept. but there is no result. they reject my chargeback. they send me email from other vehicale and said VRN is not visible and they reject chargeback. please help me. i attached all document of RC vehicle and there massages.

              Sorry to write an email but I am not satisfied with the services provided by the bank, I am customer of your bank since long and I am astonished to see wrong report shared by your reputed bank to CIBIL Forum, which is really affecting my Credit score negatively and I was not even aware about the same. I am using your Bank credit Card since long with last digits 3109, one day two years back I have received another card of Axis bank with same limit (Merged) and even customer care executive didn't tell me about the merged limit they told me that I will receive a card with individual limit itself. After received card in 2022 I was shocked to see that the card limit was merged, and 2800 charges imposed on me without even a single benefit of the same. At the same time of receiving I reported same to the bank and customer care executive confirmed me that I can report this card and it will not reflect in my CIBIL report. But now I see that it is really impacting my CIBIL.

              Despite the fact that I was not responsible for the same and your executive confirmed me that it will not reflect in my CIBIL, it is negatively showing written off. Even In the month of September I got limit increased of my credit card from 50k to 1 lac 40 thousand. I would like to request you that kindly update my correct credit report and remove my wrong credit information from the CIBIL portal because I am your customer since long, even you can check that i never missed any credit card payment. I humble request you resolve the same on priority otherwise I will take a legal action because I am mentally disturbed to see such a negative account in CIBIL report and as I can see it is reflecting since 2022 its a kind of harassment. Please do the needful and take it like an urgent matter.

                    I made a international transaction in USD on 29th of FEB, And was charged 2000+ Foreign transaction fees + GST, But the transaction was reversed in USD for the same amount, but axis won't refund me the foreign transaction.

                      I have been using axis Bank credit card for more than 6 years...

                      First I got my vistara credit card 8276...then couple of years back there was pre approved offer showing for 2 nd card... I contacted credit card team regarding how will be the limit and they said limit might or might not be merged and they informed me to use the card once I receive to know exact limit status...

                      Then I got the Flipkart card ending with 8684... I was able to use this card limit without any issues... So I had 2 credit card with 2 different limit...

                      Then after some time u called me that I have another approved card and again u said not sure about limit...then I got the 3 Rd card 5120 and I have been able to use that card limit also ..

                      SO I HAVE BEEN USING 3 CREDITS WITH SEPARATE 3 LIMITS...

                      I have been paying card dues without delay and paid all amoun nd using it again

                      But all of a sudden when I check now limit shows -2, 30, 437 in all 3 cards.

                      How will I repay now...what type of banking service r they providing...they r giving me card and allowing me to use and after using they r merging the limit...

                      Any one please help me with this

                        Deducting money in the name of BRN card payment

                        Hi, Axis bank deducted the money of Rs.2384 for BRN card payment.Credit card bills was paid on the cycle.Made only 3 transactions within Rs.5000 of total but deduced the amount around 50% of the credit card billed amount as BRN payment. Please refund the deducted amount of BRN payment amount. Thanks....

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I booked a flat at Kanhe Atulya, Jambhul on, Tal. Haveli on 14th December, 2020. While booking flat at Kanhe Phata, Mr. Pratik, Mr. Tushar Kudchikar and some Mr.. Faraz Khan were representing the Axis bank for home loan at the site. I told them that I am booking the flat No. 108 in Building No. 1 but it is not presently constructed. They told me that the amount of loan will be disburssed after phasewise construction. My customer ID is[protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com. The status of the building is not worthy to pay at least 20% of the amount but the bank has already disbursed an amount of Rs. 11, 33, 198 (Rs. Eleven lacs thirty-three thousand one hundred nighty eight) to the builder. While I approached your Axis Bank Pimpri office, they told me that bank disbursed the amount on the ground of their technical team report but which report they do not show me. I think there is big mishap happed because I fully knowing that the technical report is not satisfactory to disbuse the amount. There is no construction on the date of disbusement nor today. Then on which ground the amount of disbusement is made. I am already paid the EMI till date but now it is possible for me to continue the emi of Rs. 23068. I was also told that till possession I have to pay the interest only. Now, my request is on which ground such a big amount of disbusement is made while there is no construction. And please stop my EMI further until you enquire the whole event. Because there is a huge difference of amount disburssed and amount to be disburssed according to construction.
                          Your immediate action in this regard is requested as I think the technical report submitted is made through some type of mal practices.
                          Please let me know immediately and stop my EMI further till completion of said project and if possible please return the amount paid till date as I have patient who is suffering from cancer and I need money every week for his chemotherapy or otherwise he will die.

                            Unable to close my Account

                            I had opened my account in axis bank in September start, their employee forcefully convinced us to open the account, now I am not able to maintain the account so I went to bank 2 times trying to close it as I've been getting charged 700 rs per month and I'm not able to afford it, they deny and say they are unable to close it as it's some liberty account, I told them to close it and take extra charges if they want but they are denying it and...

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I have a credit card from Axis bank and the last month bill I have paid 60000/- out of 61, 319 of total bill amount but yet in this bill it was charged 3095+GST as interest in current statement. I asked to customer care regarding this then told me that if customer have not paid full amount then it will be charges interest on full bill amount as per bank's poliy. I asked him to charged interest on remaining amount of 1319 but they refused and ignore as per saying that is bank policy. I need to paid 3500 interested on only 1300 Rs. apart this other bank have no any condition in outstanding amount.
                              So I request you to intervence into this matter to reverse the charges which is so much.

                                  I was not using my registered email id in axis bank for a while, I use axis mobile app instead, now when I login my email I saw every month credit card statement in my email id, name is mine but address mentioned is not mine, I called axis Bank but they are saying no credit card is registered in my account, so I think this is some kind of fraud, my email id is being used
