Dear sir/madam,

I am an existing customer of your esteemed bank at the branch office at akota branch. I have been associated with the bank for along time now and i consider myself as a loyal customer of your bank.
I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against the lady cashier and the bank manager for the misbehavior and using the uncertain words like you are an uneducated person. His name is mr. Jitendra padhiyar. The employees can not make such a remarks.
Kindly needed an apology from the concerned person else have to apply for closing the bank account.

TODAY/01.11.2019 11.00AM I WENT TO AXIS BANK AKOTA BRANCH, IFSC CODE UTIB0000013, VADODARA DISTRICT, GUJARAT, PIN CODE-390020.TO WITHDRAWAL MONEY.THERE ONE LADY CASHIER (GUNJAN SHARMA) AS WELL AS BANK MANAGER MISBEHAVE WITH ME BY SAYING RUDE WORD AS WELL AS CALLED ME ILLITERATE AND UNDERCATED AND FOUGHT WITH ME VERBALLY. THE NAME OF BANK MANAGER WAS JITENDRA PADHIYAR.I WANT JUSTICE FOR THAT TO WHAT HAPPENED TODAY WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN WITH ME.
IF I DIDN'T GET JUSTICE THAN I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND RETURN MY MONEY BANCK TO ME IN MY ACCOUNT.

IF SUCH MANAGER AND LADY CASHIER BEHAVES WITH ME (CUSTOMER)THAN IT WILL HAV NEGATIVE REPUTATION WITH YOUR BANK.
