[Resolved]  Axis Bank — misbehavior of the office staff

I had applied for the closure of current account of my client named tp commercial company at the chirkunda branch. Inspite of repetitive follow up of the status my issue was not resolved. After visiting the for 5 times, the concerned person named santosh attending counter number 5 gave me the bank statement of the account and on further questioning about the draft he insulted me in front of other customers and asked for the bank statement that he himself had given me. I request you to look into the matter and get the issue resolved at the earliest as harassment and insult in front of other customer cannot be accepted. I intend to send the complaint to higher authorities if my issue remains unresolved.
