Axis Bank — Misleading | |||
Dear sir, i am rajendra having account in axis bank, jind branch(haryana) as, i lost my personal wallet in which, i have debit card of my account, due to which i withdraw all money from my account, and due to which my account was inactive for a period of 8 month, and few days back for the closure of the account as it is inoperative for me, so the branch employee stating that i'll renew your account from 10, 000 to 2500 minimum balance, i think that it will lead to open a new account, also they don't have any authority to change bank credentials bcoz it was in another bank branch, i even ask for additional charges but they told that no charges will be levy, as i'm not much educated so, i gave my consent and after some days deposited 25000 ruppees, but after some days they deducted 4200 rupess +gst as minimum balance charges of old account, when i asked these deduction sfrom manager of your bank, they behave very rudely and they don't even proper reply to me, this is very unfair.when i told him that i will register a complaint against him he said that go and lodge a compalint as this has not affect on him.
