Axis Bank — miss behaviour and bad attitude towards customers | |||
Myself naveen kumar l and i'm holding a savings account with axis bank jp nagar 1st phase branch. Account no. [protected]. I approached the axis bank which is in jp nagar 1st phase on 21/7/217 at around 11:30am to get a printout of my bank statement, when asked about the bank statement a north indian women sitting at the helpdesk behaved very badly insulting me in a public place, she started provoking me for a fight no matter how patiently i was asking her for a printout of my bank statement she still refused telling me that i had no sufficient balance in my account and was ordering to first deposit the money in my account so that she would give me a printout. I ask you people do you have any such kind of rule where people are first supposed to deposit money in order to get a printout of a statement..??? Later i even went and deposited 1000 rs into my account just to keep up my reputation for which i got the printout and when asked her about the name she refused and also the other employees working with her also didn't tell me her name. Why would someone not tell their name even asking repeatedly? She's back questioning me asking why should she tell her name, why don't you guys allow people know the names of your employees? Or is it that you people are scared to tell the name because you all know that you all are cheaters? Just like the north indian women who was at the helpdesk today. She does not even know how to behave with the customers properly nor she knows how to interact with the local people in their local language, she even finds it hard to explain anything to a customer. She has a very bad attitude and behaves rude to everyone who asks her for some help, she is just a black dot on a white paper. Hope you guys can erase the black dot which's spoiling your reputation. One more thing y didn't i find any name boards on the tables of your employees..??? I observed this when i was into an argument with her wanting to know her name just for the purpose of complaining it to the authority. I couldn't find any name boards on the table nor she had a identity card around her neck. As per the indian penal code 1860 whoever disrespects a person in the public it's an offense liable to punishment under section 504, 505 and 506 an offence punishable with imprisonment for life, of with imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years. Since i couldn't find out her name for the evidence i still got the printout of the statement which she gave me from her computer, i'm sending you the attachment along with this mail. Please verify the mail and find her out with the transaction id provided below the page. Hope you people would sort this issue as soon as possible and see that this dos not repeat again.
