[Resolved] Axis Bank — mobile number update for online transactions | |||
I already registered my mobile number. When i do a payment through paytm by debit card but i can't get otp for payment and i get a message of 'mobile number is not updated for online transactions'. If i add my axis bank account in bhim axis pay, but i get a message 'your account is not fetch with your mobile number. But i also update my mobile number in axis bank account. I can't do any payment in paytm, google pay, bhim, samsung pay etc. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please, resolve my problome sir my savings account debit in rs, 2920 consolidated charges + GST 525=3445, pls refund my amount sir, iam one of the low class amount is reqaurment for medicall porpose pls resolve and refund sir.

I am a axis bank account holder of tirunelveli branch tamilnadu.
I had received my credit card and pin number . But I really didn't apply any credit card . Now I want to cancel or close that card. And till now I didn't make any transaction from that card. So block that card immediately.

It's going to be two years that I received my credit card but till now I am not able to activate my card. I have been trying all possible way to activate my credit card using axis ATM, axis mobile app, IVR but it say my mobile number is not updated please help me. I have talk to axis customer agent many times but my problem is unsolve.
