[Resolved] Axis Bank — Money got debited without any transaction | |||||
I have approached all the platforms to get my complaint sorted-[protected].But after keeping patience and waiting for 1.5 months, I get to know that the matter is being closed.without crediting 4000 to my account.I m lodging a complaint 2 Ombudsman Officer for cheating and harrasing me with false assurance.Cant let go my hard earned money like this. Verified Support Mar 09, 2017 Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi Murchana, We had raised a pre-arbitration on the disputed transaction via dispute ID:[protected] and the same has been rejected by the other bank.
