[Resolved]  Axis Bank — money got stuck on axis bank atm

Address:Bararee near masjid,dhanbad, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, 828133

I was transacting for rupees 2500 from my canara bank atm card, when everything was done machine started counting my money and then light gone, and machine got stuck, location of atm is azad nagar, bhulli road, wasseypur, dhanbad.

We had make a transcation on 14/02/2019 of Rs. 11249/- Our account number-[protected] and Card No - [protected] transcation failed account debited but not refunded amount so please refund our amount
