i have ac with axis bank, i have paid 10, 000 in my axis bank ac in west mamabalam chennai branch... money not credited in my account for one hour and when i contacted the bank regarding this . the reply was horrible and staff was rude...pls do the needful by taking necessary action... i empathize with you my friend...i am still waiting for my replacement debit card after one month...whats more annoying is the pathetic and rude customer service...dont know how this bank is one of the top in the country..
