The transaction was unsuccessful and neither i got the money nor the transaction slip. After reaching home i found inr 10, 000 was debited from my account. I lodged a complaint on 20 june vide no. [protected] for which no reply came. On enquiring from helpline i was told that the case is closed. Again complaint was lodged (No. [protected]), you are requested to intimate how this can happen. I hope you will take action and inform. I would request you to send cctv coverage from indus so that i can take necessary action if cash was taken by someone else. To confirm i went back & drew 1000 rs from same atm (Recpt enclosed).
