Axis Bank — money refund has not been done

I have booked a cab using axis bank credit card. And later i cancelled. Cab people has initiated my refund and its been more than 10 days its not yet done. Bank people promised me to refund the amount with in 5 -7 working days. Because the refund is not done i am getting notification to pay by over due credit card amount. Kindly check and take necessary actions at the earliest.
