[Resolved]  Axis Bank — More than 15 days to open a account

I am existing customer of this useless organisation .
We have multiple problems one among that is it takes more than 15days to open a account even I my self personally following it up with the banks staff.
Every day they are assuring me that it will be done till the evening from last 15 days.
No manager is available to address such a small issue. I[censored] can not effort for a manager to run a banks day to day activity.
Half knoledge Executives r just missguding the (customer) me and waste my 15days time .
Why don't u close the branch i[censored] can not effort for effective staff.
Hope u may address the issues at ADILABAD TS branch.

I have got a call on my no from Mobil No: [protected], the person said that he is calling from Axis bank and asked my debit card credentials. When I told him that I am not using any debit card from Axis bank he disconnected the call.

Hi,

I am Surath Samaddar yesterday (15th October 2016) my salary a/c deducted RS 419.83 as consolidated DP charges. My a/c is in Kolkata Rajarhat branch. Please let me know for which reason that was charged.

Again Rs 747 deducted from my account yesterday showing as consolidated DP charges. One demat account was linked with my axis savings account, for which I submitted documents to close. But the cheaters did'nt closed I think. While opening the account the representative request me to open that demat account by saying it's totally charge less and I never used that account also. Now they are deducting money again and again (419+747).it's totally cheating, I am going to close this account.
