Axis Bank — Multiple transaction happening when used only once

Hi, I am using Axis Bank multi Currency Forex Card. Whenever I use this card it does two debit transaction so my account getting debited twice each time. There are few transition when refund is not yet happed. I had a talk with respective store and they said they haven't got my money twice. Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 04, 2016 Updated by RuchaMotarwar Please look into this issue ASAP, as I lost 200GBP bcoz of this issue.
